- To the consulate of the country where they are going to stay for the most number of days (Netherlands).

- Fill out application form, give it at the Consulate/Embassy with reqd. documents (see the note, “Checklist of Documents Needed for Schengen Visa”).

- You can get this in your city hall. Ask for the form, “proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation” (Bewijs van garanstelling en/of particuliere logiesverstrekking)
- If you are only inviting them over, you don’t have to show any source of income.
- If you are also sponsoring them, you need show source of income (three recent salary statements, copy of passport/EU ID card/employment contract that is valid for at least 12 months from the date of visa application)
Flight tickets
Source of income 34€ per day (e.g., 30 days => 30 x 34 = 1020€ per person) (Note: this is not needed if there is a sponsor in the country of travel)
Travel medical insurance (must be valid for Schengen area and provide minimum coverage of 30.000 €)
